What is EQUALLE Even Tone Cream?
It's a cream designed to be part of your everyday skincare routine, with a focus on caring for your complexion and achieving a more even looking appearance.
How do I use it?
Start with clean, dry skin and apply the cream according to the directions on the product packaging. During the day, follow your skincare routine with a suitable broad spectrum sunscreen.
Can I use it every day?
Check the product label for the recommended frequency. If you're trying it for the first time, consider testing a small area of skin before wider use.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin can react differently to different ingredients. Please check the full ingredient list on the packaging and seek professional advice if you have allergies or particular skin concerns. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone's skin is different, so we can't promise a particular result or timescale. A consistent routine and sun protection are important parts of looking after your skin.
Where can I find the ingredients?
Our key ingredients are 2% niacinamide, glycerin, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and dimethicone. Please refer to the product packaging for the full ingredient list. If you have a question about an ingredient, contact us before ordering.
How do I check delivery costs and times?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40 and costs £2.99 for orders of £40 or less. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Available options are shown at checkout before you pay.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email ahgoodsltd@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Can I return an item?
UK customers may have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods. Exceptions can apply, including to certain sealed products once unsealed for hygiene reasons. Please contact us for return instructions. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Can I subscribe to EQUALLE Even Tone Cream?
Yes. Choose Subscribe & Save for one cream at £16, billed and delivered every 4 weeks. You can also make a one-time purchase for £22. Delivery charges apply to each shipment unless that shipment qualifies for free standard UK delivery on orders over £40.
Each cream provides four weeks of supply when used as directed.
